Did Barack Obama call Sarah Palin a Pig ?

Wednesday, September 10th, 2008

During a stump hump (speaking engagement): Barack Obama said (obviously
referring to Sarah Palins statement concerning the differences between a Pit
Bull and a Hockey Mom) - said “You can put lipstick on a pig… it’s still a
pig”.

Is that an appropriate thing for a Presidential Candidate to say about an
Opponents Vice Presidential selection ?

Was this an intentional attack on a woman… or just a candid / regular
statement that people use in their everyday lives ?

Barack Obama appears to have shifted all his guns away from John McCain -
instead deciding to go after (Republican) Vice Presidential running-mate
Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.

No matter the issues I have with Barack Obama and his political views…
I’ve always considered him to be a man of intelligence. That’s why “he
worries me”.

Barack Obama is very capable of using his intelligence and his speaking
abilities… “to tell people what they want to hear” - regardless if it’s
what he actually intends to do.

As the race continues… his intelligence now appears to be a two sided
sword. In short - Barack Obama can be just as stupid… as he is
intelligent.

In my opinion: His “lipstick / pig” statement (regardless of reason) was not
a smart thing to say (at this given point in history).

Instead… it appears to be the misguided ramblings of an intelligent person
caught off guard. Spewing anything possible to protect his slightly
diminishing chances of becoming the First Socialist President of the United
Socialist States of America (USSA). In God… we do not Trust… or is it
“In Allah we Trust”.

The recent - dramatic shifts in the 2008 Election Poll Results also seem to
reflect this shift.
