HUCKABEE, THE GENTLEMAN PERSONIFIED STEPS DOWN

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

The ever so honorable and gentlemanly Huckabee stepped down last night after McCain won more than the needed 1191 delegates to clinch his GOP nomination. Huckabee said ? I’d rather lose an election than lose the principles that got me into politics in the first place. We aren’t going away completely. We want to be a part of helping keep the issues alive that have kept us in this race.? He confirmed that he will support uniting the GOP up until the November general election.

HUCKABEE COMMENTS ON OBAMA’S “PRICELESS” CHANGES

Friday, February 29th, 2008

Republican and former Arkansas governor, Mike Huckabee, does know his
math after all. He calculated that Obama’s vision of providing
universal health care and college tuition would cost the American people
about $287 billion dollars. He added however there is one thing no one
can figure out yet and that is “how much will it cost us when we walk
away and leave Iraq in a mess and the Middle East blows up, how much
will that cost?”

HUCKABEE STILL IN THE RACE

Tuesday, February 12th, 2008

Huckabe is maintaining his momentum and doesn’t show any sign of quitting
the race. Though he only has 217 delegatesw to McCain’s 723 (as per CNN
calculations), Huckabee plasn to stay on until either he or McCain gets the
1191 delegates needed to seal the nomination. Conservative activist
endorsed McCain giving him a boost. Yet, this did not deter Huckabee, who is
sending his lawyers to Washington state to recount the votes, displeased
with GOP Party Chairman Luke Esser who called McCain the winner when he was
only losing 242 votes and more than 1,500 votes remained.
